General Conditions
1 DAYS WITHOUT TEACHING
No teaching on the following days: 01.01., 06.01., 25.04., 01.05., 15.08., 01.11.,08.12., 25.12., 26.12. The lessons will be given on other days lesson.
2 ONE HOUR OF TEACHING LASTS 50 MINUTES
3 BOOKING OF ROOMS
Doubles: Two persons share one room (those who travel alone can only book singles).
Singles: The room is occupied by one person.
4 APARTMENT
The prices are for one person and cover electricity, heating, gas and water. The heating is only turned on from the 15.11. to the 30.3. Outside this period heating can be used for extra costs per apartment and per week € 70. Please bring your own bedsheets and towels or rent them from us and pay € 8.
5 ANIMALS ARE NOT ALLOWED
6 ACCOMODATION
The apartment or room may only be used by the people who booked it, additional guests have to be enroled.
7 ATTENDANCE
You are expected to attend classes regularly, especially if you need a certificate. If you arrive to late or you leave earlier, you forfeit tuition.
8 DEPARTURE
Departure is Saturdays between 8.00 h - 10.00 h. Every participant is committed to leave the rooms in good and clean condition, the participants are held reliable for any damage caused by them.
9 CANCELLATION
Until 22 days before the beginning of the course the student has to pay: 25% of the price.
Cancellation 14 days before: 35%
Cancellation 7 days before: 50%
Cancellation within the last seven days before the beginning: 70%
If you don't turn up without giving further notice 80% will be charged. These fees will not be requested from the participant if the participant names a substitute.
10 RESPONSABILITY
We can only be legally responsible for a compensation that does not exceed three times the costs of the course, as long as the damage is not caused by negligence or intentional behaviour on our behalf.
11 WE RECOMMEND A TRAVEL INSURANCE
